HOW TO AVAIL OF OUR SERVICE

  1. Contact your local veterinary practice. They wll advise on caskets, pricing, options etc.
  2. Decide on whether you want the ashes returned.
  3. Decide on the casket type
  4. Entrust your pet with the veterinary practice.
  5. Where an individual cremation with a return of ash is chosen the veterinary practice will complete an individual tracker form. This form contains the details of the practice, pets name, owner's name and wishes. The information stays with your pet from the collection from the veterinary practice, through to the return of the ashes. That same form is signed by the vet to confirm receipt of the ashes.
  6. After the ashes are returned to the veterinary clinic, the vet will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your pets ashes.
  7. Pet owners in Northern Ireland also have the option of contacting the Crematorium directly.

Irish Pet Crematoria & Cranmore Pet Crematorium are members of the Association of Private Pet Cemeteries and Crematoria and adheres to its code of best practice and conduct.
